Program: Concerns raised that life-changing art therapy will face NDIS cuts

The government passed legislation in August to reform the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) including clearer definitions of what can be funded and limits to automatic funding top-ups.

There are now concerns that art therapy could face cuts after a peak body warned members in an email that a change would be coming.

Dani Maugeri is a Melbourne-based art therapist and joined Justin Smith on ABC Radio Melbourne's Mornings program to share her shock.
