Leap Farm in Copping, southern Tasmania, have hundreds of goats and produce meat, milk, cheese and even skincare products.
Since 2021 they have also been a carbon positive farm.
Reporter Eliza Kloser spoke with the one of the owners of Leap Farm Kate Field in the middle of one of their paddocks surrounded by goats.
